Faceless VPN Connection : An Invisible Walk over Internet

faceless

It would be completely right if I say that “Internet is Exploited”, right? While a large portion of the society would favour the statement, but there are still some that are against it and I’m one of them. Internet provides you what you ask for. So if your demand is wrong, then be careful what you wish for. In fact, many times there are completely normal websites blocked just because the admin thinks that its content is exploited. You can find many videos on YouTube that are completely legitimate but are banned in your country for some foolish reasons. Internet provides us freedom to express ourselves and it should be left up to a person if he/she wants to access that particular page or not. So if you’re having problems accessing any page, then we have a solution for you.

I am talking about the new iOS app called Faceless VPN Connection that has been developed by Bergarius Limited. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 4.3 or any later version of the OS. The app has also been optimized for iPhone 5.

As the name says, the app provides VPN service on your device and enables you to wander around the globe with a mask on your face so that no one can identify you. You will be having no ID card from where they can track you. Didn’t get me? On web, your IP address is your ID card which is tracked down continuously so that if you try to visit any banned website or download inappropriate content from the web, you can be located. But with this app, your actual IP address will always be hidden. So no matter any part of the globe you are browsing, it’ll always show you in the country where this app’s servers are located.

Then if you want to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot and are afraid to proceed in case your passwords get hacked, then don’t worry because your streaming will be encrypted. This is of great use especially when you’re in a hotel or out of station where Wi-Fi zones are available but you never know when they get to your collar.

Then you can access any restricted or blocked website as well, no matter where you are. There are many office employees who can’t even open a Wikipedia page because the admin doesn’t allow any other website than their own to be accessed. I don’t encourage spending your time on Facebook during your working hours, but then there are many more important reasons for the web to exist.

The app is available for free in the App Store with 1 Gb/month of data free. But if you want unlimited speed and traffic, then there are plan starting from $4.99/month. Their servers are available in many countries, but make sure yours is in that list.

Pros: fake IP address; encrypted streaming on Wi-Fi hotspots; access to restricted websites; free.

Cons: can be used for wrong reasons as well.
