Smile+smile : A Sad Face is Never Appreciated

Who doesn’t want to laugh with his/her heart out! Who doesn’t want Charlie Chaplin to make a comeback and recreate that sense-less humor! A smiling face is the best natural beauty that has been gifted by God to the human kind. A smile can turn the shade of a crying one. Laughter is the best therapy and no one argues on that. Wouldn’t it be great if you complete your day with a laughing session with your family/friends and have a good sleep! We won’t be taking on a “joke-journey” or something like that. But we will be giving you an opportunity to bring back the smile on two faces.

We are talking about the new iOS app, Smile+Smile that has been developed by Hooligans Entertainment. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and has been optimized for iPhone 5 as well and requires iOS 4.3 or later version. The app is a combination of physics, strategy and a little bit of luck as a slight change in your arrangement may lead to a completely different result. So, be ready for some errors and trials!

The aim of the game is to help two smiles, a pair of two lovers, to meet each other using certain props and elements with pre-defined physical properties. When you are done with the position of different elements, just launch the boy smile and see if it reaches his girlfriend or not. Also, don’t forget to collect the maximum no. of hearts on your way.

There are a total of 25 levels in the free version. The difficulty level of each round is high and though the game looks a little bit of childish and oriented towards the low age group, just try your hands on and the misconception will automatically be clarified. There are no tutorials to let you know the gameplay and in the starting, you might find it difficult on how to operate all the elements. But just keep on touching different objects and soon you’ll love the addictive game.

The graphics are amazing with beautiful characters. There are some quirky sounds being played in the background and for each character as well. The real-life mechanics of the game is much like angry birds and prompt you to interact with each element separately to get the final result.

The game has a free version with 25 levels. But for the sake of addictive gameplay, the developers have also released a paid version with 60 more levels and all of them for just $0.99 available via in-app purchase. This is a very good offer with a lot of stuff for a very cheap price; you can’t miss on that.

We liked the game very much. However, it is hard and takes a lot of effort to clear some of the levels in between; the difficulty level being high all around. But we appreciate that along with a free version, the paid version is also very cheaper.

Pros: unique gameplay, real-life mechanics, addictive, free version available with paid one for just $0.99.

Cons: no tutorials, high difficulty level.
