Breathing is the most natural process that occurs to every living person and animal. Their app is universal i.e. compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 5.1 or any later version of the OS. The app has also been optimized for iPhone 5.
This is a very simple app. It helps to improve your breathing practice. There is a simple animation of inhale and exhale and you have to follow it. For example, you have to inhale air as long as it shows the inhale sign on the screen. As it turns to exhale, you have to start taking out the air. It might seem simple but it’s not. For example, here the inhale and exhale time periods are same. However, they’re usually different for a normal person. If you inhale for a longer period, you’ll take out all the air in a short moment of time because of the pressure. So this app will help you to control that sudden burst and regulate the air flow. What more will this breathe control bring to you is the sense of calmness and peace. You can say bye to your stress, anxieties and live a worry free life.
You can change the time period for which you want to practice this yoga art form. Moreover, you can change the speed as well with which you inhale and exhale. It’s difficult to breathe slowly initially and therefore starting from the higher speeds, you can steadily reach the slower levels. One element of this app that I liked the most was the beautiful music. It was simple, soothing to ears and will do half the job of calming your nerves.
