A tool that is primarily meant for small businesses, SmartPointments acts as a scheduler of appointment that comes in many different incarnations. Four plans are already provided, and these include a free one for you to get into the swing of things. All plans will let you do the same: schedule an appointment with any client online, and then remind them about the appointment as the date is nearing.
According to which plan you have chosen, you will be able to send out notifications in more ways than one, with the most expensive plan including reminders via email, SMS and phone. That is the “Premium” plan; the other two paid plans include “Extended” (with support for both email and SMS reminders) and “Professional” (letting you send reminders only via email) When you sign up for SmartPointments a calendar will be created for your clients to pick any available slot, and then you will be able to accept or reject that request. If you accept, the client will be informed about it, and a reminder will be sent in any of the ways that have been mentioned above when the time comes.
