Nobody likes it when some outsider tries to get into his/her personal life and for most of us, our phone is a big part of our personal lives. That’s why most people prefer to keep their phones secured with a password so that nobody can anytime get a sneak-peak into his messages and call logs. But the problem is that no matter how much you try to protect it, the spying eyes would ultimately find it and it also seems inappropriate when your friend asks for your phone and you resist. In fact, it’s all good up to the point when he starts getting too much personal and it’s this fear that prevents you from giving your phone to anyone. But from now on, you don’t have to as this new tool we’re going to talk about will secure your privacy and keep your naughty friends in a bluff.
The app I’m talking about is the new iOS app called ccPing that has been developed by Theta Software Lab. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 5.0 or any later version of the OS. This app has also been optimized for iPhone 5.
ccPing is a chatting application that allows you to chat worry-free of all your friends or anybody that you think might attempt to read your conversation. There are some smart tools such as paraphrasing, auto expiry, post-sending deletion and it also helps you secure your data thanks to the auto backup using Dropbox. While paraphrasing scrambles your message and you’ll have to enter the exact code to decode it, what auto expiry does is that it deletes your messages after a certain time interval after being read by the receiver. So you can flirt with anyone and they won’t be able to sue you. But it’s the other feature that excited me most. Many times you send a message by mistake; suppose in anger and later regret it. But you don’t need to regret anymore as you can change your doings by deleting the message and it’ll be deleted from the receiver’s device as well. But make sure that you do it quickly before she/he reads it.
Apart from these security features, this app allows you to use it on more than one device at the same time. That’s kind of a relief to those who have both iPad and iPhone or even Laptop and use them all equally. It saves them a lot of hassle of switching back from one device to another repetitively.
The UI of this app is as neat and clean as you’d find in the best chatting apps in the market nowadays. You can chat in groups and you can even send voice memos by just holding the record button. So overall, this app is a secure chatting option for everybody. Even if you don’t have eyes spying on you, it’s still safe to use this app. So I will recommend this free app to everyone.
